Smokey & The Bandit: Adam & Susan Middler, Mayculter House Hotel

Wedding-Journal-Logo.jpg

I love a themed wedding.  What better way for a couple to show their love for the passions they both share. Adam & Susan certainly did just that with a Smokey and the bandit wedding (for those who do not know who Smokey and the bandit are, click here).  So, how do you create a Smokey & the Bandit wedding?  Simple, spend hours watching the films, own a Trans Am, hire a 1970's american police car and then borrow a friends HUGE American big rig (lorry).

What a laugh we had, when leaving the church in Echt, the cars turned heads and at one point, the big rig, stopped all traffic!  We drove to Maryculter House hotel, holding up all the traffic and once parked, all the guests stood around the cars with the bridal party in the front for the group photo.

It was a beautiful day with wonderful guests, so much dancing in the evening and the perfect couple... What more could you ask for?
