Bodyweight Training Program – For those who want to train at home and have zero equipment but still want to crush their training goals. 12 week with 3x a week 20-30 minute workouts delivered via personalised app to keep you motivated and fit. Click here for more info

Free Weight Training Program Enhance muscle strength and size with this program. Incorporates a variety of exercises with just free weights. Anticipate a fusion of barbell lifts, dumbbell movements, kettlebell exercises, and bodyweight routines to maximise your fitness journey. Click here for more info

Gym Training Program – Looking to build muscle strength, improve mobility and overall wellbeing, you can expect a mix of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. Click here for more info

The costs is less than a coffee a week, from £12.00 a month with no minimum contract.

DESIGNED FOR YOU 

For me, personal training is not a numbers game. You are not going to get some generic training programme & then be sent on your way. This is different.

We all have goals, commitments and day-to day-stresses. It’s important to incorporate this when I’m designing a programme for you. Understanding individual needs in order to achieve goals and change lives is vital to success.  

I do this by coaching the skills you need, improve form, and build confidence. Educate in nutrition so you never NEVER have to do another ludicrous diet again.

There are 2 options for personal training,

1-2-1 & 2-2-1 Personal Training - This package is perfect if you are looking to improve your form, learn new exercises or simply have someone on hand to motivate you. 2-2-1 sessions are with a friend/partner you can challenge and support each other through each session.

Online Coaching - Online coaching is for those who attend their own gym or train at home. Includes personalised plan to suit your goals, weekly check-ins, feedback on training and form, nutrition, and habit coaching. With my fitness apps and on-hand support, you can get motivated through your fitness journey.
